Two-Dimensional Age Replacement Decision for Structural Dependence Parallel Systems via Intelligent Optimization Algorithm

From large-scale aerospace systems to household appliances and other in daily life, the application of parallel is involved. A system a typical structural dependence multi-component system, addition series hybrid system. This paper takes as research object minimizes expected cost rate or maximizes availability by determining optimal two-dimensional age replacement interval. The components described copula function, life model established. Based on model, are proposed. In case analysis, simulated annealing algorithm (SAA), genetic (GA) particle swarm optimization (PSO) used find warranty scheme for engine fuel fine filter. SAA can converge faster that makes lower higher. Compared with one-dimensional replacement, strategy has more advantages saving costs improving availability. Finally, rationalization suggestions put forward managers make maintenance decisions through comparative analysis sensitivity analysis.
